Reid Lunde

(Owner, Tuner, Engine Builder, Engine Swap Specialist, and Manager of Operations)

Reid has been a gearhead from as far back as he can remember. In grade school he built and modified RC cars and then started tinkering with Honda engines at age 16. Reid began working professionally in the automotive performance industry at age 19. He has college level automotive experience, is an ASE certified Master Technician, and has completed EFI University's EFI 101 and EFI Advanced fuel injection tuning courses. He is a certified tuner for Hondata, ECtune and AEM and has tuned nearly every engine management system from Accel DFI to Motec and everything in between. No one in the area has more experience with the combination of dyno tuning, custom engine swaps, custom turbocharging, and modern engine building. His dedication is unrivaled, 12 hour days, late nights and 6 day work weeks year after year are commonplace.

Nick Windom

(Engine Swap Specialist, Tuner, Wiring Guru and Performance Consultant)

Nick is an ASE certified technician in charge of getting projects completed on schedule. Nick has worked professionally in the machining industry operating CNC machining equipment and is no stranger to maintaining tight tolerances in quality control. Nick served as parts manager for many years and has worked professionally in the industry since 2001. Nick is the lead Honda engine swap guru and knows just about everything there is to know about Honda engine swaps. He even memorizes wire colors in wiring harnesses! Nick is a walking dictionary of information! His love of driving and passion for all cars ensures he will give 110% without question.

John Muenks

(Principal Welder, Parts Production)

John has been with KAIZENSPEED from the beginning. John has served as our welder since 2003 and has been welding professionally for more than thirteen years. He has over fifteen welding certifications including carbon steel, stainless steel and tig pipe welding. He has welded for the Department of Defense, nuclear power industry, and the bicycle, motorcycle, and performance automotive aftermarket. With his CAD design, machining and fabrication experience he can do just about anything.

Andy Divers

(Transmission Guru, Honda Specialist, Brakes and Suspension specialist, and Performance Consultant)

Andy is our in-house transmission rebuilder. Andy has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Washington State University and has been an avid Honda Enthusiast since high school. His attention to detail is second-to-none and he has significant experience with custom projects. He has worked professionally in the automotive industry since graduation and has automotive performance and custom work in his blood.
