• Crimping injector pins is easy and there’s no cleaner method.
• Crimping your own pins eliminates the need to solder pigtails.

The crimpers that we include can crimp any “W” type pin including weatherpack. It’s a great addition to anyone’s toolbox. Below you’ll find a step-by-step tutorial on how to crimp injector pins using our supplied crimper.

Step 1: Cut off your OE injector connector.

Step 2: Slide on the seals.

* Make sure the small end of the seal faces the injector pin (see picture).

Step 3: Strip the end of the wire back.

Step 4: Insert the wire into the pin and crimp the pin around the wire as shown

*Make sure the open end of the pin faces the “W” part of the crimper (see picture)

Step 5: Slide the seal down into the end of the pin and crimp the pin around the seal using the round part of the crimper (see picture)

Step 6: Now just plug the pin into the back of the injector connector and you're done!

Step 7: Go faster and idle better than your friends that have stupid injectors.
