KAIZENSPEED can design, fabricate, install and tune custom turbo manifolds for any application. We build our turbo manifolds from .145" wall-thickness 304 stainless steel for most applications to support the weight of the turbo. Our in-house master tig welder will jig, backpurge and weld the manifold. Flange welds are done inside and out and care will be taken to support the weight of the turbo by adding bracing to the manifold, turbo or downpipe whichever is required for longevity.
