Why you MUST have a wideband!

Wideband vs. standard Narrow Band O2 sensor graph

In the past, gearheads spent a good deal of their time tweaking their engines, but in today's world so many people are attempting to build incredibly high horsepower engines with no previous experience. Because of this, people don't know what the spark plugs should look like, how the engine should feel and sound, and what mph it should trap in the 1/4 mile.

This lack of experience can be somewhat guarded against with a wideband O2 sensor and some guidance to let people know what Air/Fuel Ratio their vehicle should be running under at different operating conditions.

Contact us about all your air/fuel ratio questions. We sell and install many brands of air/fuel ratio gauge from PLX Devices, Innovate, AEM, FJO and more.

We can also accurately measure the air/fuel ratio of your vehicle on our Dyno Dynamics Dyno with our HIGH-SPEED Autronic Air/Fuel ratio monitor.
