Precision Turbo and Engine now makes a high quality external wastegate in a new 39mm size! The PW39 is made from high grade, high temperature stainless steel and billet aluminum components. It features Precision\'s own purpose designed Kevlar reinforced wastegate diaphragm and a 347 stainless investment cast valve body. The investment cast valve body has a smooth internal surface, giving you better flow and more accurate boost control. The PW39 was designed to be a direct replacement for other existing 38mm wastegate flanges, but will work best with the flange provided. The PW39 features a Nickel Chromium Alloy valve and 5 different 17-7 precipitation hardened springs. Also included are stainless steel inlet and outlet flanges with clamps. With a satin black anodized, 6061 aluminum billet wastegate cap you will have years of good looks and protection from the elements. The PW39 is generally compatible with most aftermarket manual and electronic boost controllers on the market today. Just like its bigger brother the PW46, the PW39 comes with a variety of springs that can be used to vary your boost level from 1.3psi to 25.7psi and numerous stages in between...all by simply changing the combination of springs. |

This new addition to Precision Turbo and Engine’s product line is constructed from high grade, high temperature stainless steel and billet aluminum components for the best in strength, style and functionality at an affordable price. Featuring a 347 stainless investment cast valve body, the PTE 66mm PW66 external wastegate provides consistent performance without the worry of fatigue or failure while also allowing for accurate boost control. PTE’s PW66 wastegate is fully adjustable, has 4 individual ports and features a unique V-band clamp which holds the wastegate cap to the main body structure; due to the use of this clamp, the location of the wastegate port is unrestricted and allows for it to be positioned in an infinite number of ways. A high-quality yet economical option for racers and motorsports enthusiasts, Precision Turbo and Engine’s 66mm PW66 external wastegate also incorporates unique, stabilizing “Precision Pins” which prevent the inlet and outlet flange from spinning. Internally, the PW66 utilizes a Nickel Chromium Alloy valve and comes complete with stainless steel inlet and outlet flanges as well as all clamps necessary for installation. Additionally, each PW66 wastegate comes with several different 17-7 precipitation hardened springs for further adjustment of desired boost levels. Precision Turbo and Engine’s PW66 is compatible with most aftermarket manual and electronic boost controllers for ease of use. As an added bonus, each Precision Turbo PW66 external wastegate is warranted to be free from manufacturer’s defect for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles. |

TiAL 38mm Wastegate 2 Bolt flange The TiAL F38 is the only wastegate with the option to choose the valve stem's protective coating. To keep the overall cost of the unit down, the choice of coating was left to the customer. Lead Oxide which is present only when burning leaded fuels is corrosive to the Black coating on the Street valve's stem. Extended use of leaded fuel will cause performance problems and unreliable valve actuation. The Silver coating on the Race valve stem is resistant to the corrosive effects of Lead Oxide. Similarly works well with unleaded fuel. The Racing valve is available for an additional charge. |
